All retired Defence Services Officers (Class 1) (ESM-O).

Age should not be more than 60 years

Duration of Service – minimum 14 years commissioned service

Should not have availed any other benefit from DGR earlier.

ESM (O) at the time of registration should not be employed with any Govt/Semi Govt/Private concern.

Remunerations

Selected retired defence officers will manage the COCO station on yearly contractual basis for a period of a maximum of three years.

Assured remunerations Rs. 25000/- per month.

Incentive of Rs. 100/- for every KL sale beyond 250 KL (MS+HST).

Procedure

Retired Defence Services Officers (Class 1) (ESM-O) registered with DGR are sponsored on receipt of demand from Oil Company.
