Well the KSOU is an Open University and it is approved by the DEC

The most important recognition for this University would be DEC so no worry you can do the B.Tech in the distance node from the KSOU

It is also approved by the UGC but its not approved by the AICTE and also it doesn’t required to be approved by the AICTE.


If you want to get into a government job, it would be important to have a UGC approval, and as KSOU is approved by both UGC & DEC, in all probability you would be eligible
for government jobs as well
