The CMJ University, Shillong is having a multi-storied spacious building at its permanent campus at Jorabat to meet the needs for all instructional-cum-administrative activities.

The building houses lecture rooms, tutorial rooms, workshop, laboratories, library-cum-reading room, drawing hall, examination hall, computer center, seminar hall, boys’ common room, girls’ common room & administrative offices as per the norms and standards of the AICTE.

Library-

The College has a well-stocked library with adequate number of titles of books related to Engineering and Management education, which caters to the needs of students and teachers.

The College also subscribes to sufficient number of foreign and Indian research journals, periodicals, magazines, newspapers, etc.

Hostel-

Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are provided within the campus with all the basic civic amenities and security.

A senior teacher of the college remains in-charge of the respective hostel for its proper supervision and control.

Canteen-

Canteen is located in the College campus.

Attached to the canteen is a stationary shop to provide stationary items, tea/coffee, snacks and cold drinks to the students and hostel boarders.

Computer centre-

There is a well-equipped computer laboratory loaded with Windows XP/ UNIX / Linux based systems with supplementary sub- systems.

Presently provisions are made for DOS and Windows based work stations totaling more than 100 in numbers.

Provisions are also made for language processors for FORTRAN, PASCAL, C/C++, Visual basic etc. Multimedia-based computers are also available.

All the systems are connected in a LAN configuration in Client-Server Architecture.

Laboratory-

Well equipped laboratories with the contemporaneous and state of art devices and systems to enable syllabus oriented experimentation and academic research.

Recreational-

Facilities for indoor games are being provided in the academic building for students and a playground - for volleyball, basketball, football, cricket etc.

Provisions are being made for a gymnasium.
