Yes, you can practice as a lawyer after acquiring LLB Degree, this degree entitles you to work as a lawyer’s assistant or give consultation regarding legal issues but you can not practice law in court, you can practice law in any court in India either Civil court or Criminal court.

The applicant should have LLB with good academic record from any recognized university of India.
