Capgemini is one of the world’s leading management consulting, outsourcing and professional services companies. B.Tech, BE / MCA graduates with first class marks are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should secure a minimum of 60 % aggregate marks in matriculation, higher secondary exam and in graduation or post graduation.

B.Tech or MCA graduates from any institute recognized by UGC are also eligible to apply.

Candidates who have completed their studies in regular/ full time mode are only eligible to apply.

Candidates are not supposed to have any backlogs.

A maximum of 2 years break in candidate’s study is acceptable.

Selection Procedure

The selection procedure includes three main steps i.e.

Written test

Group Discussion

Personal Interview

Written test format

Candidates can expect questions from numerical aptitude, logical reasoning, language comprehension, and technical section in written test.

There will be twenty five questions from numerical aptitude and logical reasoning.

The time duration for this test is 60 minutes. Apart from this, there will be questions from General English and Technical section.

Candidates can expect questions from topics such as Programming, Java & Advanced java, Computer networking, Oracle apps, COBOL and Dot net etc.

Each question in all section carries one mark. There will be negative marking for wrong answers.

Candidates who have successfully cleared the written test will have to participate in group discussion.

Candidates will be given topics which have social and industrial importance.

Candidates are required to show their participation by contributing relevant points about the given topic.

There is a separate mark allotted for performance in group discussion.

Candidates who have scored good marks in screening test and group discussion will be shortlisted for final interview.

Candidates can expect questions about the basics of C & C++, operating system, recent developments in I T industry and project done.

Apart from this, candidates will be asked questions to measure their practical knowledge, interpersonal skill and personal behaviour.

Questions will be asked to test the candidate’s reaction to situations, patience to handle problems etc.

A thorough preparation is required to clear all the recruitment processes.

It is better to refer previous year’s placement papers to perform well in the recruitment process.
