Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor in CBI

Education Qualification:
Applicant need to have Graduation degree in Law discipline from any recognized University / Institute.

Age Limit:

The candidate age should not exceed the age of 30 years while 5 years and 3 years age relaxations given to reserved SC/ST and OBC categories students respectively.

UR – Not exceeding 30 years (as on 05/03/2015)
OBC – Not exceeding 33 years (as on 05/03/2015)
SC/ST – Not exceeding 35 years (as on 05/03/3015)

Scale of Pay: Rs.9300/- -- 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4600

Probation Period: 2 Years.
