Center for Development of Advanced Computing envisions applications for admission to its different post graduate confirmation courses for the scholarly year initiating February 2015. CDAC a head research foundation associated with the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY) of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Government of India offers PG confirmation courses at 31 focuses situated in 19 urban communities of the nation.

C-DAC's Common Admission Test (C-CAT): 06th December to thirteenth December 2015

Declaration of C-CAT Ranks: 29th December 2015

Online Selection of Courses and Centers (first Counseling): 29 December 2015 to 06th January 2016

Announcement of First Round of Seat Allocation: eleventh January 2016

Last Date of Payment of Rs 10,000/ - for applicants assigned seats through the first round: nineteenth January 2016

Statement of Second Round of Seat Allocation: 22nd January 2016

Online Selection of Courses and Centers (second Counseling): 22nd - 28th January 2016

Last Date of Payment of Rs 10,000/ - for applicants dispensed second round: 28th January 2016

Statement of Third Round of Seat Allocation (taking into account second Counseling): 03rd February 2016

Last Date of Payment of Rs 10,000/ - for applicants through the third round: 09th February 2016

Last Date of Payment of Balance Course Fee: sixteenth February 2016

Enlistment of Students at Training Centers: sixteenth February 2016

CCAT Paper Pattern:-


C-CAT has three segments (Section A, Section B, Section C) of one hour term each. Contingent upon the course(s) connected by the hopeful, he/she will need to either show up for only one test paper (Section An) or two test papers (Section An and Section B) or all the three test papers (Section A, Section B and Section C). The medium of C-CAT is English.

Each segment will have 50 objective-sort inquiries of 3 denote every (greatest 150 imprints for any one area). Every goal sort question in C-CAT will have four options as could reasonably be expected answers of which stand out will be right. There will be +3 (in addition to three) marks for each right answer and - 1 (short one) for every wrong reply. Different responses to an inquiry will be dealt with as a wrong reply. For every un-endeavored question, 0 (zero) imprint will be granted.
