Yes Chaudhary Devi Lal University offers PhD program and I am providing the eligibility details of the program for your reference.

1. A candidate seeking admission in PhD programme must have obtained 55% marks at Post Graduate degree (or equivalent) level in the subject chosen for research or an allied subject (the alliance and/or equivalence will be decided by the PGBOS&R which will consider the application for admission).

2. A relaxation of 5 percent marks at Post Graduate degree (or equivalent) level will be allowed for SC candidates.

3. For calculating percentage of marks for Post Graduate degree (or equivalent) level in the subjects of Education and Physical Education, if the candidate is seeking
admission on basis of BEd/BPEd. or DPEd followed by MEd/MPEd (One year Course), then marks obtained in BEd + MEd and/BPEd. or DPEd+MPEd (One year
