For Officer (ERP) :
Must have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering/MCA.

For Manager :
Must have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Indian

Age Limit : As on 01.01.2016
