Give me contact details of Central Library of IIT Kharagpur to get information about thesis for Ph.D Program. I want to do Ph.d in Electrical Engineering from this campus of IIT. So I want to get information about thesis in advance, because I have to submit them to the exam office of IIT Kharagpur.

The Central Library of IIT Kharagpur started in a small room of the Institute old Building (Shahid Bhavan) in the year 1951.
