Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is a national level entrance test that is organized jointly by the eight central universities together. The Eight universities are: Central University of Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Jammu, Kerala, Punjab, Kashmir, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu. It commences once in a year in the month of June. It is conducted for admission into the UG/Integrated Programme, Post Graduate Programme and Research Programme in various educational and professional fields respectively in these eight Central Universities. CUCET Registration / Application Form Apply online at website Keep the following items in your hand before applying 1) Keep a valid Email ID 2) Keep a Scanned Photograph of Self (In .jpeg/.jpg Format & size between 10KB to 100KB only) 3) Keep a Scanned Signature of Self (In .jpeg/.jpg Format & size between 5KB to 20KB only) 4) Keep a Credit card, Net banking or ATM-cum-Debit card (for online Payment mode) 5) Please check eligibility criteria and examination schedule before selecting courses from various universities. 6) If qualifying marks are in Grade/CGPA then please convert it into equivalent percentage. CUCET 2017 Exam Pattern • Papers: Question paper will comprise of Part A and Part B. • No. of Questions: The question paper will be consisted of 100 MCQs (multiple choice questions). o Part A will be consisted of 25 questions. o Part B will be contained 75 MCQs questions and consisted of five sections. o Each section will have 25 questions. o There is a provision that a candidate will require to answer a set of any three sections (75 questions). o For Integrated Courses/MBA/MCA/LLB/LLM or any other general course(s), only one paper will be conducted which will contain 100 objective types questions. • Language: The language of the question paper will be in English. • Duration: The duration of each paper will be two hours. • Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking.
