I have heard a lot about CSIR-CFTRI and searching for details about any short term courses. Can you tell is there any short term courses offered by CSIR-CFTRI if yes provide dates and fees?

CSIR-CFTRI conducts around 25 regular training programmes and number of custom made courses every year, covering all the major areas of Food Science and Technology.
