The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission directed the Civil Judge (Entry Level) Examination for every year. The CGPSC was composed the Civil Judge preparatory examination on 24th April 2016. Exam Pattern: The Exam Pattern for Chhattisgarh PSC Civil Judge Preliminary & Mains Examination: Scheme of Online Preliminary Examination: Question paper for Online Preliminary Examination shall be of 100 Marks and will consist of 100 objective type questions. Each question will have four options to answer, out of which one option will be the correct answer. Duration of the exam is 2 Hours. The language of question paper of Online Preliminary Examination and Main written Examination will be English and Hindi. The final selection will be on merit on the basis of total marks obtained in the written (Main) Examination and Viva-voce. The decision of the CGPSC with regard to calling the candidates for Viva-voce will be final. The maximum 15 marks are fixed for Viva-voce. Scheme of Online Main Examination: Duration of the exam is 3 Hours. The exam is for 100 Marks. Scheme of Examination: The Examination shall be conducted in three stages, namely, Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) Main Examination (Written Type) Viva voce (Interview) Preliminary Examination The preliminary examination shall be of the duration of two hours consisting of objective-type questions from the following : Indian Penal Code Code of Civil Procedure Code of Criminal Procedure Indian Evidence Act Constitution of India Transfer of Property Act Contract Act Limitation Act Accommodation Control Act Court Fees Act Specific Reliefs Act Registration Act CG Land Revenue Code. Main Examination (Written) (Max. Marks 100) For main Examination, the relatively more meritorious candidates from among those who appeared in the preliminary examination in the ratio of 1:10 have regard to the number of vacancies, shall be called for final examination to be conducted which shall consist of : Framing of Issues and writing of Judgment in Civil Cases. (Max. Marks 40) Framing of Charges and writing of Judgment in Criminal Cases. (Max. Marks 40) Translation : English to Hindi - Maximum 10 marks. Hindi to English - Maximum 10 marks. Viva-voce (Interview) Relatively more meritorious candidates from among those who appeared in the Main Examination in the ratio of [1:10]1 having regard to the number of vacancies, shall be called for final examination to be conducted. |
