Mr. Sanjiv Singh is Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. with impact from first June 2017. Simultaneously, he is likewise Chairman of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (CPCL) and Hindustan Urvarak and Rasayan Ltd. (Heave) , a joint wander organization set up to resuscitate the compost plants at Gorakhpur, Sindri and Barauni.

A chemical engineer from IIT-Roorkee, Mr. Sanjiv Singh joined IndianOil in 1981. He has served IndianOil for more than 35 years, leading refinery operations and also mega greenfield and brownfield extends in refining and petrochemicals.

With broad involvement in the refining division, Mr. Sanjiv Singh assumed a key part in the setting up, appointing and adjustment of two of IndianOil's greatest greenfield refineries at Panipat and Paradip.
