The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is a graduate business school located in Chicago, Illinois, at the University of Chicago. Chicago Booth is the second-oldest business school in the U.S. the School was established in 1898.

Chicago Booth admits new students into the Full-Time MBA Program in the autumn quarter only.

A complete submission will consist of the following items:

Completed application with required personal background
$250 application fee
Completed essay questions
Professional resume
Two letters of recommendation
Unofficial (scanned) transcripts from all post-secondary educational institutions attended.
GMAT or GRE score
TOEFL, IELTS or PTE scores (international applicants only)

Note: TOEFL/IELTS/PTE scores are valid for two years.
