Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role within the organization as they are responsible for supporting the execution and day-to-day management of key client initiatives.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are exposed to all aspects of the digital industry and the services we provide our clients.

As such, this position will uncover and shape the Digital Marketing Specialist’s areas of interest within the industry and area(s) of focus within the company.

Key areas of support for this role include-

40% Social marketing (community management and paid advertising)
25% Paid search marketing
20% Miscellaneous: Paid media, email and marketing automation, content marketing and creation, copywriting, etc.
15% Client analytics, reporting and research

Qualifications-

Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
2-3 years’ experience within the digital environment
Experience with the following is desired:
Social networks and community management (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
Social advertising campaigns
Paid search platforms and program management (AdWords, Bing, etc.)
Google Analytics (or other analytics platforms, such as SiteCatalyst, WebTrends, etc.)

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Understanding of the digital landscape
Comfortable with data and analytics
Willingness to learn about new tools and services
Able to take direction and work both collaboratively as well as independently
