Member's Agreement copies
Society Registration Certificate
Certified copy of Registration of the society and Bye-Laws duly amended with the Clause No. 38
Attested copy of Occupancy Certificate clearly indicating the number of units constructed use wise
In case of the Developer is a partnership firm Notarized copy of Partnership Deed and Power of Attorney in favor of one partner, in case the Deed is not being signed by all partners
Affidavit cum Indemnity Bond on Rs. 200/- stamp paper by the Developer stating that the said plot is not mortgaged to any Financial Institutions
Undertaking from the society that there is no un- authorized construction
