Indian Institute of Technology - Joint Entrance Examination is an all India common engineering entrance examination of objective pattern which is conducted for admission in various engineering colleges and courses all over the country.

Tips and Tricks to Crack IIT-JEE Exam :


• You should be mentally prepared and keep a positive approach towards your goal

• You should know the entire syllabus that will be covered in the exam

• You must follow a strict timetable to utilize your time in the best way

• Keep in touch with the students who have cleared JEE test
• Working with a competitive study group goes a very long way in the successful preparation of IIT-JEE

• You should revise the syllabus as many times as you can. Doing so will help you in the following ways:

It will increase your test-taking speed.
It will help you overcome panic.
It will give you a clear picture about the topics you’re weak in.

• Having a good diet is as much essential as studying

Joint Entrance Examination (Main) has two papers.


JEE Main Paper 1: Engineering Entrance Exam for B.E./B. Tech..

JEE Main Paper 2: Architecture Entrance Exam for B. Arch./B. Planning.

JEE Main Paper (1 or 2) Mode of exam
Paper 1 Pen and paper based (Offline).
Computer based test (CBT).
Paper 2 Pen and paper based (offline).
Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 Pen and paper based for both exams.
CBT for Paper 1 and Pen and Paper based for Paper 2.

JEE Main Exam Pattern :

Paper I Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Objective type questions with equal weightage to Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics Pen and Paper based OR Computer based 3 Hours
Paper II Part I: Mathematics
Part II: Aptitude Test
Part III: Drawing Test Objective Type Questions
Objective Type Questions
Questions to Test Drawing Aptitude Pen and Paper based 3 Hours

Duration of exam is 3 hours (180 minutes)
The question paper consists of 90 questions.
