Hi I am interested in knowing the validity of the CMAT 2016 examination which is held for admission to the Management Courses in ALCTE approved Institutions?

The CMAT -2016 exam score will be valid for the admissions to educational year 2016-17 only.

From educational year 2016-17 onwards, the CMAT exam will be conducted only once a year on 3rd Sunday of January. The CMAT-2016 will be conducted on 17th January 2016.

All AICTE approved Institutes / Departments / Constituent Colleges / Affiliated Colleges of Universities are likely to accept CMAT scores.

The computer-based online examination is more or less identical except that a candidate reads a question on a computer terminal and clicks on the right answer, instead of reading on a paper flier and using a pencil/pen to darken the ovals on an answer sheet.

There will be 4 sections in the test. The sections are

(a) Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation

b) Logical Reasoning

c) Language Comprehension and

d) General Awareness
