Feel free I will tell you admission criteria for admission into PG program trough entrance exam conducted by Christian Medical College so that you can get idea. Eligibility Candidates must have completed MBBS degree from any recognized university Candidates must have the registration from Medical Council of India Candidates must have completed the compulsory rotating internship Candidates who have completed a diploma are also eligible to appear for a degree programme in the same subject Selection Process The selection of candidates for Postgraduate courses will be according to the directives of the CMC Vellore Council; 50% of seats in each course are reserved for sponsored candidates, provided they fulfill other criteria for eligibility for admission; however, more than 50% of the available seats may be allotted to sponsored candidates based on their ranking Courses you can apply for MD/MS Courses: Anesthesia Anatomy Biochemistry Clinical Pathology Community Medicine Dermatology Venerol & Lep ENT Geriatric Medicine General Medicine General Surgery Microbiology Obstetrics & Gynaecology Ophthalmology Orthopaedics Paediatrics Pathology Pharmacology Physiology Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Psychiatry Radiodiagnosis Radiotherapy Respiratory Med Transfusion Med Nuclear Medicine Palliative Medicine Post Graduate Fellowship Courses: Accident & Emergency Medicine Family Medicine General Dentistry Medical Genetics Palliative Medicine Diabetes Exam pattern CMC Vellore PG Entrance Exam will be a computer based test consisting of two types of paper i.e General Paper and Special Paper. The duration of the General and Special papers will be of 3 hours each. Each paper will have 240 questions. General paper consisting of multiple choice questions drawn from all subjects taught in the undergraduate medical course. Special paper consisting of multiple choice questions in the specialty for which the candidate has applied to it. |
