Can I apply Offline for Cochin university ?

No my Dear Friend, You can not apply offline at cochin University. as according to Norms for 2012 13 of university, All Candidates applying for Common Admission Test should submit their applications online.
Cochin university of Science & technology is having 9 faculties:

Important Dates Regarding Admission:
• Last Date for Online Registration for International Candiadtes: 30.03.2013
• Last Date for Receipt of Documents for not approved application: 07.03.2013
• Online submission of CMAT score / GATE score: 15.03.2013 TO 30.03.2013
• Downloading the Admit Card from the Website www.cusat.nic.in(For Examinations scheduled on 11.05.2013, 12.05.2013 & on 19.05.2013): 24.04.2013 TO 19.05.2013
