Re: Colleges that give full tuition scholarships

Various international colleges and universities are offering full tuition scholarships program to their students. Paying for college can sometimes feel impossible. With tuition, room, and board coming to almost $60,000 per year at many schools, most families are unable to afford the published sticker prices.

The scholarships listed on this page satisfy the following criteria:

They cover at least full tuition and fees.
They are based on academic merit.
They are college-controlled (i.e., not a private sector scholarship or state program).
