Is it possible to change college during second year of engineering?? Give me detaisl about it ?

Yes you can change college during second year of engineering ..some Universities accept transfer students.. but you can get transfer in college under same universities in that you have complete your first year studies.

To get a better college you need good grade points in marks.
For transfer you have to directly apply to college administration and take transfer letter with signature of your head of institution.

Rules for transfer:
Branch Transfer will not be accorded under any circumstances.
If you are studying in Government / Aided / Constituent Colleges of University than you will be considered for Transfer only to Government / Aided / Constituent Colleges of University
Students studying in Self Financing Engineering Colleges will be considered for Transfer to another Self Financing Engineering College only.
