Re: Collins GNLU
The Rockwell Collins GNLU-930 is a multimode receiver that supports applications requiring an autoland capability. Its 4-MCU form factor enables it to replace an aircraft’s current ILS/VOR receiver by adding a connector and cabling for the GNSS antenna (with some aircraft also requiring additional cooling). This Looks like the below given Image Key Features and Benefits -ARINC 547 ILS approach and VOR navigation capability and ARINC 578 ILS approach capability -Meets ARINC 756 requirements -Backward-compatible with 51RV installations: This requires connector changes and possibly cooling. -Meets all known requirements for HIRF/Lightning and FM Immunity -Exceeds ARINC 743A requirements -Supports aircraft’s primary position, velocity and time requirements -GNSS software meets DO-178B Level A flight critical requirements -High integrity: GNSS position, velocity and time output achieves the integrity required to support GLS CAT1 using a monitoring technique supporting "high integrity" applications. -ARINC 615 data loadable -Installations recommended via OEM amended certifications |
