A Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) is conducted by the University of Delhi for admission to First Semester of Bachelor of Engineering courses for candidates passing from Schools / Colleges / Institute located within the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Delhi College of Engineering and Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT). Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) Electronics & Communication Electrical Environmental Information Technology Bio-technology Mechanical Civil Production & lndustrial Computer Polymer Science & Chemical Technology Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) Electronics & Communication Electrical Polymer Science & Chemical Technology Environmental Mechanical Civil Production & lndustrial Computer Information Technology Bio-technology Age Requirements Candidates must be minimum 17 years of age on or before the first October of the year in which he / she seeks admission. Relaxation in minimum age upto one year only with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor is permissible (Such Applicant should apply for relaxation only at the time of admission ). Applicant who are short in minimum age by more than one year are not eligible for admission. Region-Wise Allocation of Seats : The total seats earmarked for the B.E. Courses shall be allocated region-wise as follows : (i) Delhi Region For students passing from the Recognized Schools / Colleges / Institutions located within the National Capital Territory of Delhi : 85 Percent. (ii) Outside Delhi Region For students passing from the Recognized Schools / Colleges / Institutions located outside the National Capital Territory of Delhi : 15 Percent. Note : The Criterion for Deciding the Region of the Candidate for Cee-2011 who have Passed / Appearing In The Qualifying Examination Through Patrachar Vidyalaya Delhi / National Institute of open School, Delhi Provided the Center of Examination was / is Located Within the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Except for the Nominees of Government of India, as stated later, the admission is open to Indian Nationals only.
