Company Secretary Course is run under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). It has following threes stages:

Foundation Course
Intermediate Course
Final Course

Eligibility:
To apply for the Company Secretary Course the applicant should have completed 12th good academic record from any recognized board of India.

Fees:
Foundation Program- Rs.3600
Executive Program- Rs.7000
Professional Program-Rs.9000
