The Corporation Bank is a public sector banking company headquartered in Mangalore, India. The bank has a pan-India presence.

The Corporation Bank was the forerunner when it came to evolving and adapting to the financial sector reforms.

It became the Second Public Sector Bank in the country to enter capital market in 1997, the IPO of which was over- subscribed by 13 times.
