Certificates to be produced at the time of counseling:
The candidates are required to bring the following Original Certificates with two sets each of photo copies.

GAT Counseling Call Letter.

X class or Equivalent pass certificate.

10+2 / Intermediate marks statement and Pass Certificate.

Provisional Certificate and all marks statements of qualifying examination for
admission to M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy programs.

Transfer , Study and Conduct Certificates.

Integrated Community Certificate in case of SC/ST

Medical Certificate from not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon in case of PH
Candidates

Residence Certificate from competent authority (at least for a period of 5 years) for
claiming local category (for admissions in Bengaluru campus)

Important information
The selected candidates shall pay the university fee immediately in the form of Challan at Bank counter available in counseling centre or Demand Draft drawn in favor of GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam.

If the candidate fails to pay the fee after allotment of the seat, the seat will be cancelled automatically without any notice.

The candidate will not be given any extension of time to pay the university fee.

Candidates will be called in the order of their ranks and alloted seats available at that point of time.

The rule of reservation for SC / ST / PH category will be maintained as per UGC guidelines / norms as applicable to the University.

25% of seats are reserved for meritorious students from Karnataka State for admission into programs offered at Bengaluru Campus.
