Central Piedmont Community College’s (CPCC) Institute for Entrepreneurship has changed its name to the Small Business Center (SBC) to more clearly link to the statewide Small Business Center Network, a community college-funded initiative with a vision to foster and support entrepreneurship, small business and economic development in local communities across the state.

It is the largest community college in North Carolina, offering close to 300 degree and certification programs, customized corporate training, market-focused continuing education, and special interest classes.

CPCC is academically, financially and geographically accessible to all citizens of Mecklenburg County.
