CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
Integrated Risk Management Division(IRMD) Is an HO Division whose functions, inter alia, include framing of policies related to credit risk, development of system and models for identification, measurement & management of credit risk & their implementation.

CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
Risk Management Division (RMD):
The distinct functions related to credit risk, namely:

Framing of policies, interalia, related to credit risk, development of systems & models for identifying, measuring and managing credit risks and their implementation;

Monitoring and managing the industry risk;

Integrated risk management functions.

Circle Risk Management Departments (CRMDs):
Functions under the administrative supervision of second senior most official of the circle.
Main Functions:
- To percolate risk awareness upto branch level
- To assess credit risk rating in all eligible A/C falling under CO power.
-To train the users of on methodology & processes of credit risk rating.
- To undertake portfolio; migration and Default rate analysis by using reports available in PNB trac
