ICAR – National Rice Research Institute (NRRI) has released the notification for the recruitment of Senior Research Fellow & Field Assistant vacancies for the project titled “Increasing Productivity and Sustaining the Rice-based Production System through Farmer FIRST Approch” on temporary basis.

1. Senior Research Fellow: 01 Post
2. Field Assistant: 02 Posts

Eligibility Criteria-

Master Degree in Agronomy/Agricultural Extension/ Extension Education/ Agricultural Economics/ Horticulture or Master Degree in Agri. Business Management/ Economics with special paper in Agriculture with NET/ GATE qualification or Ph. D for Post No. 01

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture or B.Sc. in Botany for Post No. 02 with relevant experience.

Age Limit:

Candidates maximum age limit should be 35 years for men and 40 years for women for Post No. 01

30 years for men and 35 years for women for Post No. 02

Age relaxation is applicable to SC, ST and OBC candidates as per GOI norms.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on written cum personnel interview.

Candidates may walk in interview with one copy of their bio-data along with Xerox copy of all the certificates and mark sheets affixing recent photograph thereon together with original copies of educational certificate/ mark sheet/ experience certificate (matriculation onwards)/ NET/ GATE/ Ph.D/ copy of M.Sc dissertation/ thesis on 12 & 13-01-2017 at 10:30 am.
