Yes, you are eligible for the Company Secretary after graduation without entrance exam, You Can Directly Registered for Intermediate Course Because Any Arts, Science, Commerce OR Non-Commerce Graduates Excluding Fine Arts Are exempted for the Foundation program.

The CS course has following three stages:

Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program

Eligibility Criteria For Intermediate Course -
The applicant should hold A degree OR master’s degree in Corporate Secretary ship Or in Commerce.

Applying procedure:
The Application Form and Prospectus can be acquire by Cash Payment of Rs200/- or by
Post/Courier: DD/PO of Rs250/- drawn in favor of “The Institute of Company Secretaries
of India” payable at New Delhi.
