Commercial Savings Bank is a locally-owned community bank that has been serving the financial needs of Carroll County residents for 90 years.

The bank was founded in 1917 with capital of $25,000 and three employees.

Today that $25,000 capital has grown to more than $8 million dollars, and the bank now has 30 dedicated and friendly employees.

The local ownership and management continue to be the foundation of the bank's strength and define its unique character.
