No , you can’t submit examination fee for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) through Demand Draft of in favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi.

Exam fee can be submitted through Challan/ Debit/ Credit Card.

Fees for CTET-SEPT- 2016 Exam

For Paper-I or Paper-II (one of these):
Rs.600/- (General/OBC)/
Rs.300/- (SC/ST/Diff. Abled)

For Paper-I and Paper-II (both):
Rs.1000/- (General/OBC)/
Rs.500/- (SC/ST/Diff. Abled)

Important Dates for CTET September 2016:

Download Admit Card from CTET Website:
17.08.2016

Date of Exam:
18.09.2016 Paper-II 09:30 to 12:00 PM Paper-I 02:00 to 04:30 PM


Declaration of Results on or before:
2nd Week of November (tentatively)

Exam Pattern of CTET

Objective type Multiple Choice Question (MCQ’s).

There will be no negative marking.

There will be 2 papers of CTET

Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V

Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII
