Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is a national level entrance test that is organized jointly by the eight central universities together. The Eight universities are: Central University of Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Jammu, Kerala, Punjab, Kashmir, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu. Eligibility Criteria the Minimum Eligibility Criteria for the Entrance Exam is Bachelor Degree for Master Courses and a Qualified: UGC/CSIR-JRF/NET or SLET (Equivalent to NET/JRF as per UGC norms) or a holder of Teacher Fellowship Examination Pattern : Question Papers will be MCQ based the Question Paper has Two Parts (i) Part A: Language, general awareness, mathematical aptitude and analytical skills–comprising of 25 MCQs (ii) Part B: Domain Knowledge– comprising of 75 MCQs. This part may consist of three/four/five sections. Each section will have 25 questions (iii) For Admission to some Integrated Courses/ MBA/MCA/LLB/LLM or any other general course(s), only one paper comprising of 100 MCQs covering English language, reasoning, data interpretations/numerical ability, general awareness and analytical skills will be held. (v) Each paper will be only of Two Hours Duration. (vi) There will be no negative marking.
