As far as Reserve Bank of India headings, an impromptu board of trustees on systems and execution review on client benefit in banks has been constituted in our bank, with AGM (DB) as the nodal officer and Senior Manager level authorities as individuals.

The panel would investigate rearrangements of methodology and practices with a view to defending the premiums of normal people and to enhance the client benefit in the ranges of outside trade exchanges, government and open obligation exchanges, keeping money operations and cash administration.

The board of trustees would likewise suggest for alteration/defense of existing RBI rules that could help in further improving the client benefit.
