Can you tell me about the procedure to calculate SSC CHSL (Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level) cut off?

SSC CHSL (Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level) Cut off will be applied in two stages: On scores in individual tests and On Total Score.

The procedure to calculate SSC CHSL (Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level) cut off is as follows:

• Number of questions correctly answered by candidate in each section is considered for arriving at the corrected score after applying penalty for wrong answers
• The corrected scores obtained by a candidate are made equivalent to take care of the minor difference in difficulty level, if any, in each of the objective tests held in different sessions to arrive the equated score
• Equated Scores is a score obtained by candidates in a exam are equated to the base form by considering the distribution of scores of all the forms
• Marks of written test will be normalised while calculating SSC CHSL cut off score
