M.B.A. (Master in Business Administration)

The P.G. Programme in Department of Management is specialized programme comprising 4 semesters (inclusive of a summer term)

Foundation courses in all areas of management such as general management, marketing, finance, accounting, human resource management, organizational behavior, operations management, strategic management information technology, etc. with several self study courses in the areas of interest.

Admissions-

Eligibility:

Graduate in Arts/Business Management/Commerce/Social Science or Engineering Graduates with minimum 55% marks and qualified score in the Management Entrance Test

Medium of Instruction: English

Admission is done on the basis of Institutes policy.

Admission criteria includes written test, academic performance, group discussion and interview.

Criteria to short list applicants for written test Group discussion and interview:

4% marks at the High School or equivalent
6% marks at the Intermediate or equivalent examination
10% marks at the first degree examination

Final selection for admission to M.B.A (Business Management) course is made on the basis of merit list prepared as under:

(a) Written objective test 60 marks
(b) Group Discussion 20 marks
(c) Interview 20 marks
