Delhi University Postgraduate Medical Entrance Test (DUPGMET) application form dates are gone. The application form availed form February 2015 and the last date for the form submission was March 14 2015. So for the next exam remember these dates. The application form was available online at official website of the Faculty of Medical Sciences.

Application Form Fee:

BOI / DUPGMET Application Form without late fee ( 1500/- for Gen / OBC & 1000/- for SC / ST, Nil for PwD ).
BOI / Delhi University Application Form with late fee ( 2000/- for Gen / OBC & 1500/- for SC / ST, Nil for PwD ).
BOI / Delhi University PG Application Form with late fee ( 3000/- for Gen / OBC & 2500/- for SC / ST, Nil for PwD ).

Mode of application form fee payment

Through Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi.

DUPGMET Application Form Submission

Applicant need to fill the prescribed form with their own hand writing and send it by Hand or by Registered Post or by Speed Post only at FMS.

Following are the courses offered by the DUPGMET

1)Doctor of Medicine (MD):
In the field which includes Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Dermatology, Forensic Medicine, General Medicine and Physiology etc.

2)Master of Surgery (MS):
In the field which includes General Surgery and Obstetrics, Ophthalmology etc.

3)Master of Dental Surgery (MDS):
In the field which includes Prosthodontics and Crown& Bridge, Orthodontics etc.
