The School of Open Learning and Continuing Education, established under the University of Delhi in 1962, is a found Institution in the field of Distance Education in India.

Delhi University shift their institute in Moti bagh to a growing number of students. The School established the South Study Centre at Moti Bagh from the academic session 1990-91.

The School maintains a well-stocked library to facilitate wide exposure to contemporary developments in streams of courses offered. The School also has a South Study Centre at South Moti Bagh, New Delhi.
