I would like to tell you about the University of Delhi Reservation in Admission and Guidelines for Special Categories (OBC) as you want.

Reservation in Admission and Guidelines for Special Categories
1.Foreign Applicants

2. Applicants from the SC and ST categories

3. Applicants from the OBC category

4. Applicants from the CW category

5. Applicants from the PWD category


Note:
1. SC and ST Applicants refer to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe respectively

2. OBC Applicants refers to Other Backward Class

3. CW refers to Children / Widows / Wives of the Officers and Men of the Armed Forces including Paramilitary Forces, killed/disabled in action or attributable to duty or recipients of gallantry award.

4. PWD Applicants refers to Person with Disability

3. Reservation of Seats for Other Backward
Classes (OBC) applicants
27% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the
Other Backward Classes subject to their fulfilling the following conditions:

a)
The applicants should possess an OBC certificate issued in the name of the candidate.

b)
The caste mentioned in the OBC certificate should find mention in the Central list of OBCs

c)
The OBC certificate should mention that the candidate belongs to the non-creamy layer.

d)
The certificate must be issued by the authority approved for the purpose.
