Eligibility Criterion and Admission Process

-Must have passed Higher secondary education from a recognized board of studies with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories can avail relaxation up to 5 % in terms of marks.
-Candidates who have completed 18 years of age at the time of admission are also eligible.
-Upper age limit is 35 years.
-Candidates belonging to reserved category can avail relaxation up to 5 years.

Application Procedure

-To apply for Diploma in education, you are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 25/- by taking a demand draft in favour of Government of West Bengal School Education Directorate and apply in the prescribed format.
-Application form can be downloaded from the official website of School Education Directorate.
-Admission will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
