Hey as Dhuvaran Super Thermal Power Project is a proposed 1,600
megawatt (MW) coal plant of NTPC in Gujarat state, India.

Dhuvaran NTPC project

Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed with all beneficiaries of Western
Region.

Site specific studies like topographic survey, preliminary geo-tech study,
transportation logistic study completed.

Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) study completed.

Application for coal linkage submitted to Ministry of Power on 10.09.2010.

Application for getting NOC from Airport Authority of India (AAI) submitted

Background

The project is planned by NTPC in India. A terms of reference was issued in
2011and extended in 2013.

In February 2015 NTPC invited bids to provide consultancy services for
carrying out the feasibility study for setting up the 2 x 800 MW power station
