Difference between Company Secretaryship and B.Com Corporate Secretaryship
What is the Difference between Company Secretaryship and B.Com Corporate Secretaryship course??? As you are asking here I am telling key differentiators between the two courses -B.Com is a graduation course which has a subject called corporate secretaryship. But Company secretary ship course is also offered separately which has three levels foundation, intermediate and final course. -If the candidate is a post graduate or passed ICSI/ICWAI/ICAI he does not have to do the foundation course. But B.Com with corporate secretary ship and Company secretary ship is almost same and there is no difference. Company Secretary Course The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretary course. In order to become a Company Secretary, the candidates need to qualify themselves in the Foundation Programme, the Executive Programme, and the Professional Programmer. B.Com Corporate Secretary Course B.Com Corporate Secretary is required to provide guidance on areas related to corporate governance to the senior members of the organisation. To the join this course, you should have a minimum of 50% marks in XII Class. Last edited by Neelurk; March 25th, 2020 at 10:42 AM. |
