Difference between JRF and NET exam

I want to know the Difference between JRF and NET exam, will you please tell me the same???????

Junior Research Fellowship is the first step in the process of admission to the Ph.D/ Research programme through council support

NET is the national level entrance examination for postgraduate candidates who wish to qualify for admission in Ph.D and/or university level teaching jobs in India.

The NET examination is conducted by the Council of scientific and Industrial Research in the field of Science which includes Life Science, Mathematical Science, Chemical Science, Physical Science and Earth Atmospheric Ocean & Planetary Sciences jointly with the UGC.

The eligibility conditions for both examination are that the applicant should have completed masters degree in the concern subjects with minimum 55% marks from any recognized university of India…………
