Yes, you can get direct entry into IPCC of CA course while doing graduation, provided you are in the final year of the graduation. As the eligibility conditions say:

Candidates who are appearing the Final year Graduation Course can also register for the Intermediate (IPC) Course on provisional basis and such candidates registration would be regularized and they can start practical training only on submission of satisfactory proof of having passed the Graduation examination with the specified % of marks within six months from the date of appearance in the final year graduation examination.

Following documents are required at the time of registration:

Demand Draft/Pay Order towards Intermediate (IPC) Course registration fee.
Attested copy of 12th pass or its equivalent Central Government recognised examination pass marks statement.
Graduation/Post Graduation marks statement for Direct Entry to Intermediate (IPC) Course.
Copy of CPT Pass marks statement, if applicable
