“DLC” is Developmental Learning Center for children ages three and up that provide special educational setting for children of this age group.

MONTCLAIR public school is a one type of Developmental Learning Center here classrooms are composed of with some types of educational settings as:

Pre School Self-contained Classes.
In-Class Support for students included with their typically developing peers.
one Pre-School class for students with Autism(Autistic Classes).

Autistic Classes
Taught in a research based approach,for the individual child using effective method.
Methodologies used are :

Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
Sensory Integration (SI) techniques
Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)
In these classes using methodology children receive one-to-one instruction, with the goal of helping them to work independently within the classroom.\
