Hi I would like to have the information as well as the details of the feeder bus service which was started by Delhi Metro in various regions?

The Delhi Metro began a devoted feeder transport service from Shivaji Stadium Metro Station to Shivaji Metro Station by means of Patel Chowk Metro Station, Akashwani Bhawan, Krishi Bhawan, Patiala House, High Court, Pragati Maidan, Supreme Court, ITO, Delhi Gate, New Delhi Airport Metro Station, Minto Road, Statesman House since 23.09.2014 on trial premise with 3 Non¬AC transports.

After trial of 4 months even the ridership has not grabbed and the ridership is fluctuating from 250-¬330 travelers per transport every day for week days as it were. DMRC has likewise attempted 3 times to settle an administrator on perpetual premise yet no administrator has approached because of poor request.

Because of the poor support it is chosen to suspend the above administrations w.e.f. 06.01.2015.

Components of the Feeder Busses (117 Old Non-AC MINI Busses) :-

• These buses are operating on 12 STA approved routes.
• The buses can seat 18 to 20 people with 10 persons standing.
• They are environment friendly with CNG engine.
• First Aid Box and Fire Extinguisher are provided in the buses.

Fare Structure for all Metro Feeder Buses

Upto to 4 Kms : Rs 5.00
From 4 kms to 10 Kms : Rs 10.00
Above 10 Kms : Rs 15.00

Timings of Feeder Bus operation:
08:00 Hrs to 20:00 Hrs at a frequency of 10 to 15 min depending upon Road Traffic. However if the operator wishes he can operate before and/or beyond these hours.
