Required Documents

You will need following documents if you want to apply for a Domicile Certificate

Proof that you have been resident of the state for minimum period that is specified by the state.
Proof that you are an owner of land in that state
Valid identification proof
School certificates

Fees

Re. 1 fees for purchase of the form Rs. 30 fees to be paid upon submission of the form + documents
Validity

The certificate will be of permanent nature and its record will be kept secure for 20 years.

Procedure

There are 2 ways through which this certificate can be obtained.

Apply through CSC Centre

Apply through Tehsil or Sub-Divisional Magistrate
