The University of Delhi has chosen to welcome Online Applications for enrollment for admission to all seats accessible for PG courses for this session. There will be online enrollment just for PG admissions to encourage simple access to understudies from everywhere throughout the nation and abroad. Method of Admission and Seats Availability

In every one of the Faculties/Departments, aside from the ones offering between disciplinary or expert courses, there are two methods of confirmation for postgraduate courses:

Legitimacy or Direct: half of the aggregate admission should be filled by direct confirmation of the understudies of the University of Delhi just, on the premise of legitimacy. This mode is not accessible to understudies from different Universities.

Passage: Remaining half of the seats should be filled through placement test and Interview/Group Discussion, assuming any.

It might again be noticed that all the hopefuls looking for admission to the postgraduate courses are required to enlist on the web, regardless of the method of admission.

Competitors can apply in these two modes under the accompanying three alternatives: (a) Merit just, (b) Entrance just, or (c) Merit + Entrance.

The seat dispersion for every Course under Direct and Entrance modes. The reservation to the recommended degree should apply independently in both the modes (Direct and Entrance) in consistence with the standards informed by the University every now and then.

Scheduled Caste – 15% of aggregate admission in every course

Scheduled Tribe – 7 ½ % of aggregate admission in every course

Other Backward Classes – 27% of aggregate admission in every course

Age Limit

According to Ordinance-I of the University, there is no base age bar for admission to the under-graduate and postgraduate courses in the University and its schools with the exception of in the courses where the individual administrative bodies, for example, Medical Council of India (MCI), All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Bar Council of India (BCI), National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), Dental Council of India (DCI), and so on have endorsed the base age necessity in their directions.
